It targets: Rough texture Dull appearance Uneven skin surface This is an exfoliation treatment, not a hydrating toner.

Use PM. Take a few drops into your palms or use cotton pads. Gently press into the face, body or neck until fully absorbed. Leave overnight. Layer it with preferred moisturizer. Do not use more that once a day. Do not use on sensitized or irritated skin. Use of SPF 30+ is a must.
